Americans Under 40 Are More Than Twice as Likely as Older Americans to Say Biblical Values Aren’t Important
(Manitou Springs, CO—August 09, 2021) Summit.org, in partnership with McLaughlin—one of America’s most respected polling survey firms—is releasing the results of a new national survey. Results were from a survey of 1,000 likely general election voters nationwide and were conducted July 29th through August 3rd.
“Polling insights like this fly in the face of what the media and entertainment industry are telling us,” said Dr. Jeff Myers of Summit.org. “Despite overwhelming social pressure against a biblical worldview, Americans still believe–and African-Americans believe most strongly. It looks like the push to reject the Bible in favor of Marxist critical race theory is failing. Yet we have a lot of work to do with young adults if we want to pass biblical values on to future generations of Americans.”
All interviews were conducted online; survey invitations were distributed randomly within predetermined geographic units. These units were structured to correlate with actual voter turnout in the general election. This poll of 1,000 general election voters has an accuracy of +/- 3.1% at a 95% confidence interval.
