Dr. Carol M. Swain is the Professor of Political Science and Professor of Law at Vanderbilt University. She is a widely recognized expert on campaign and elections, racial politics, immigration reform, and religious liberty. She is also the author of the highly acclaimed book Black Faces, Black Interests: The Representation of African Americans in Congress, as well as Be the People: A Call to Reclaim America’s Faith and Promise, Debating Immigration, and others.
